Terms of Service

1. Service. ClipKraken monitors the public social media accounts, keywords, and country-level trends you register across YouTube, X, Instagram, and TikTok, and delivers AI-generated analysis via email digests and a dashboard. We only access publicly available data — no logged-in sessions, no private content.

2. No warranty on collected data. Analysis, summaries, sentiment, trends, and all collected data are provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Platform or vendor availability may delay or omit coverage. Verify before acting on any insight.

3. Subscription and billing. $10/month (Starter) or $30/month (Pro) after a 7-day free trial. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every purchase: your purchase contract, invoices, and tax handling are with Lemon Squeezy, and their terms apply to the transaction. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Downgrading freezes registrations that exceed the lower plan's limits — data is preserved and reactivates on upgrade.

4. Acceptable use. Plan limits: 5 accounts, 3 keyword groups, and 1 trend country (Starter) or 30 accounts, 15 keyword groups, and 3 trend countries (Pro). No scraping of our service, reselling, or redistribution of reports beyond your organization. Content quoted in reports (including X posts) remains the property of its authors and is attributed with author, timestamp, and a link to the original.

5. Termination. You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, breach these terms, or expose us to legal risk. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipKraken and Goyo Studio are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including decisions made on the basis of our analysis. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes to the service and these terms. We may modify features, plan limits, or these terms. For material changes we will notify subscribers by email before the change takes effect; continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

8. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere. Transactions processed by Lemon Squeezy are additionally subject to their terms.
